As a fully license Property Manager, Rebecca demonstrates the willingness and passion for the role and to approach any situation promptly. Since starting at SAL she has demonstrated her strong ability to handle anything thrown her way and her passion really shows through her work.
Rebecca understands the importance of good communication and clarity. She has a talent for cultivating and supporting relationships with both landlords and tenants. Her aim is to gain high occupancy rates, minimal turnover, and renewal of long-term leases as well as minimize the landlord’s costs and maximize returns wherever possible.
In Rebecca’s spare time she plays local Softball for Concords United and loves spending time with her family and friends.
